SO2V Got chased off my starting run freq on 20M after 4 minutes by N4EL in OH.
He definitely wasn't hearing me, I know because I called him several times
without response. Did a lot of S&P for a while but tried another 20M run
freq. Well ... got chased off again. 40M didn't have that problem.
