Comments:

I almost never can make this time slot, but today was unusual, so I thought I'd
give it a try for the first time. Operating from my small terrain-challenged
home station. Used WSJT-X "raw" (not in N1MM). Was using the stock
WSJT-X, because I normally run it on the Mac and don't know if the new software
is available there; didn't have time to recable and set up for Windows.

I had the most luck calling CQ. I logged the Q as soon as someone answered,
then called CQ again. (Sometimes they seemed happy, other times, they kept
sending.)

But I had a lot of problems calling other people, unless they were calling CQ
with their grid. Even then, many times WSJT-X didn't remember their grid and I
had to try to find it in the history, which is nearly impossible unless it was
very recent. This seems like a real problem to me. How are people dealing with
it?

Started on 15m and heard one station who couldn't hear me. On 40m I could hear
only N6ZFO, so went back to 20m. It's broad daylight here at this time of year.
