Comments:
For some reason this session was a horrible struggle. Things started off badly
when I got to the radio a bit late and couldn't find a decent run frequency on
40 meters to start off. I finally ended up starting way up high in the band. The
40 run was late getting started and the rate fell off sharply way early, so I
tried going to 80. It was just too late for 80 by then. I got a few minutes of
decent run but signals faded rapidly and soon it was necessary to head back to
40. After a few S&P QSOs on 40 I finally found a hole and was able to resume
running for the remainder of the hour. The rate was mediocre for the rest of the
session. Hope things go a little better for the 1900Z session. See everyone
