I got up early, sipped coffee beside a warm fire. When I made my way to the
radio in plenty of time for the CWT, my computer would not boot. Nothing. I
discovered the power cord had come unplugged from the power strip. MacBook had
to get enough juice before booting, which took a while. Once it was up, it
loaded Parallels. You would know that Windows had to do an update before
loading. At least I did the N1MM update last night and had the log ready for the
1300 session. So for the 1st 15 minutes, I was struggling with getting the
computer up and logging everything by hand: call, frequency, time, name and
number. I just added them with the correct info (which was laborious). Guess it
must be time to get a PC for radio. I am glad that conditions seem a bit better
today...see everyone at 1900z.
