Comments:

A planned all band effort had to be changed due to some hardware issues so I
decided to have a go at single band 20M.

Starting just before sunrise on Saturday the band was quiet but soon picked up
and the rate was good. The first USA station was worked about 11.30am (K1LZ) and
then opened nicley mid afternoon so was a mixture of EU and USA for the rest of
the day. Some great signals from YB in the afternoon until late in to the
evening too.

I probably ran for a lot more than I should but was using the second VFO to pick
off mults when I could. This is where having an inband antenna would have helped
a lot.

Sunday started the same time again but the rate was much slower, am guessing had
worked all of the usual suspects so I spent more time looking for mults and
picked up some nice ones to boost the score. Again the YB's were lound and
plentiful but Sunday was much better to JA with a nice amount worked over a few
hours.

Not as many travellers for this leg of CQWW so some popular countries were
missing or I never found them over the weekend.

The poor operaing of people sending their exchange when calling continues, why
people do this is beyond me but hopefully some will read other peoples reports
and stop. Even some more well known stations were doing it this time.

Another shock was the number of dupes this time (60) which seems very high,
maybe people don't use multiple decoders so just take what they see or they
don't decode for long to ensure they have the call correct?

Was nice to work a good number of UK & CD stations, thanks to all that
called. Harder to say hello with macros though.

DXlog worked flawlessly once again, thanks to the team that develop this.

Until the next one.
