Yaesu FT-891 with aluminum 6m 1/2 wavelength dipole
Yaesu FT-817ND and Kenwood TS-780 with Elk 2M/440L5 log periodic
130' ASL in Andover, Mass.

Wow, enhancements both Saturday and Sunday. My highest QSO count and score of
any contest. I'm sure not everyone I worked was participating in the contest.

The Kenwood TS-780 is a recent acquisition and I used it for SSB phone netting
two local voice QSOs on 2m. No success with 432 yet. I spent considerable time
calling CQ on 2m but didn't get past the first two QSOs. I think my timing was
off and I'm not sure I'm getting full power out.

Excellent results on 6m with the FT-891 while 2m FT8 using the FT-817 gained 7
more multipliers. On Sunday I had better luck with FT4 in the early evening
during the strong enhancement to SE USA.

Thanks for the QSOs.
