Comments:
Great conditions, at least for MI stations. 40 and 80 had *no* skip zone, 20
had lots of excellent short skip. Activity seemed quite good too, both in and
out of state. Never had more than ~500q on cw, I hope this year defines a
trend. The rules changes this year seemed to work well. Lots of excellent
scores out there, dunno why but think it might have been a serendipitous
collision of several factors.
