Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument
Campground operation.
That was a tough one. High winds meant I could only extend the pole to 32 feet,
and also made it hard to hear the receiver at times. Then the US Air Force
decided to have a training exercise overhead. Conditions seemed quite good,
though.
KX2, KXPA100, End fed 40m half wave, 32 foot fiberglass suport pole.
