Comments:
Never seen band conditions so poor. Locals when found moved to 10 and 15 for
contacts and mults. 20 and 40 were hard to get any runs going at any time.
Participation seemed to be lacking.
40 developed high QRN around 0100 and was tough even when ridding RF gain over
40+. I can run SSB but this one was not that enjoyable for the reasons cited.
