Comments:

Lets just end this agony and change starting time back to 6:30 UTC!!! Otherwise
we will lose interest and eventually this contest will fade like some of them
regional already have. I did a little analysis to prove my point.

Lets go back in time to see how it used to be. In 2016 Top 3 results had easily
over 200 QSO's. For example ES5RW had 232Q's (nearly 54000 points), LY7M 222Q's
(51000 points) etc. In 2015 LY4A ended up with 261 Q's (with an amazing 64000
points). I did 238Q's in that year. That is exactly 99 more than I did this
year. And it is not because of we had less participants. It is because we have
no local propagation that early in the morning. If we go further back we find
even more stunning results. In 2014 ES5RR ended up with 238Q's and over 130
mults (total of 62000 points. In 2013 ES5TV claimed 269Q's and 144 mults (77000
points!!!). If we compare year 2016 and 2019 we can see clearly that top3
results have lost roughly 50% of their scores. 58% if we compare year 2014 and
around 65% if we compare with year 2013.

So my question is - why do we still do this? Let's change back how it used to
be, because having CW leg 1 hour early hasn't changed much on CW results. Top 3
will still reach 200Q's like they did 2013, 2014 etc.

73! ES7GM
