Comments:

We didn't expect to be breaking 2000 QSOs with this year August event. The only
station we heard on 10m was an LZ2? at least that's what was being sent.
contacts and mults were up across the board from last year, except for the
shutout on 10. The low bands were very quiet for summer, and I expect that had
a large impact. We were hearing the west coast on 160 for hours, but couldn't
manage to be heard in CA until the last 15 min.

The online scoreboard was fun, congrats to NC4KW and K5RM for very stout
competition. Our only technical problem was that the Master N1MM computer had
some crash that stopped adding QSOs and mults to the reported score sometime
after we moved to 80 meters. Didn't notice it for over an hour because the rest
of the network and spots were still functioning. An N1MM restart cleared the
"Memory Leak" and it didn't happen again.

Terrific job by Dean, Andy and Charlie.

Jeff
