Not very good condx out here in Southern California. I only heard one European
and was delighted to work him, Super Station CR2X. Thanks!! The only other
notable Q was with KH2L near the end of the contest.
I was never able to work any near-in states, and never worked call area 7 and
the only Zeros were in MN.
My DXCC was 24 and my WAZ was 15. This compares to 33 and 20 for last year
when I was first QRP SSB in the USA.
But this is one contest where I can CQ with success, and 47 of my 211 (22%) of
my Qs were from CQing. My rates were from 20 to 40 an hour when CQing.
It's a great contest, because it's the only contest where I can actually CQ and
I get to sleep!
