Wow pretty cool to get 57 QSOs and over two million points...well at least if
software did it right, hah! Wish I had more time to commit to it...was fun
while it lasted.
Didn't hear any activity on 40m. Used the contest to test out cable between
Icom IC-7100 and LDG AT-100ProII Autotuner. Works great! LDG makes a very nice
product. Takes about one watt and 8 amps to tune radio. Woke up 1.5 hours
before contest end but not much happening.
Installed WriteLog SM6SRW module for this contest. Worked well. Thanks SM6SRW
for writing the module!
Liked S/O were able to use packet. Also glad to see the rules don't accept
paper logs....about time with computer logging! Also thought the points table
was good ...appeared to be distance based which is nice.
Overall good experience and will return next year.
