Comments:

I heard some stations jumping the gun a good 20 seconds before the gun according
to my two atomic time sources.

It was touch and go whether I was going to be able to get on tonight. I am
near Grand Marais on the shore of Lake Superior so operating /0. I had trouble
getting the MicroHam Keyer to work with the IC-7000. Found out that the
connector on the back of the rig can be put on both ways. In all the times I
have used it, I guess I never did that until today. Strange.

Glad to get on and hope to mess around in NAQP this weekend here and there.

Station: 4BTV Vertical mounted on a umbrella stand right on the shore of Lake
Superior. Rig: IC-7000

I was limited to 20 and 40 tonight. I don't feel to bad coming up with 24
QSO's on two bands though. Not to bad. Just wish there were more mults in the
mix. I kept hearing the same stations on 40 that I had already worked. The
ground hogs day effect. :)

73, John K0TG
