Highlights:
Limited time 'be fresh meat' 2nd night only strategy worked - amazing run of EU
high in the band from ~05Z until sunrise in G. But stateside rates seemed low.
50% of the Q's were EU, nearly double last year - used a similar antenna
(inverted L 45' vertical segment) so propagation must have been unusually
good.
Further supporting the cndx theory, KL7 and KH6 were really too easy this time,
felt more like 80m than 160m.
Left JA for next year after falling asleep mid QSO at about 09z.
Weirdest moment: Being called by K2DI and K2LS back to back, in that order,
in moderate QRN, similar signal levels here from OR and NC respectively. What
are the odds? If it had been a couple of OK2's it would be understandable...
