TS-850 to Windom at 45', 102'T at 50' for 160
I think SS CW sucked the energy out of both the bands and the contesters -
activity *and* conditions were puny weak.
While killing 15 minutes before the start, I loaded a Sweepstakes history file
into N1MM. Forgot to turn off that function - during NS I kept seeing Q, A, B,
U in the name field!
160 was nearly QRP - I still can't put more than 25w into the T antenna or the
SWR rises and the rig backs off. One last G5RV component to take out and it
will just really be a wire T - still haven't figured out what is going on.
