Comments:
For some reason, especially in marginal band conditions, some stations believe
that, when asked for a repeat, slowing their sending speed increases the
receiving stations ability to copy? IMHO, excessive changes in sending speed,
only increases the chance of miscopy, and sending the exchange several times,
at their "normal" speed, decreases the need for "AGN"?
