Comments:

I wish I more time available for this event, it was fun anyway. Some operators
have amazing ears. The time frame for this contest is not good at all for
Hawaii. The first day ends at 0159, thats about 15 minutes after 20 meters
first opens, before that signals are very weak. Ten meters did open but there
was little activity and that was all CW, no SSB heard at all. For a very short
while ten meter signals were actually pretty good. Fifteen meters was the
money
band. Enjoyed getting a contact with "LN" W1YL who I guess has now joined the
computer age, watch out guys she's now armed and dangerous.

Thanks to everyone who noticed the weak KH6 working against the propagation and
gave me a contact and/or mult. It still amazes me the job some of the mobile
ops did.

Aloha
Ron KH6DV
