Comments:
Trying to go all out when you have a cold doesn't work.
My body hit the wall on Sunday morning and I had to
call it quits.
Its really a shame because W9RE had made a lot of
improvements to the station since the last contest,
including phased beverages on 160, and a new
three high stack on 10 meters. The station worked
flawlessly.
Too many highlights to mention them all, but a few
stick out. There were many, many Asiatic Russians
worked on 40 meters Friday night. I had to confirm
that I was not actually on 20! And the Saturday
night JA's were really incredible, especially on
10 meters.
Its really a treat to hear all the boys from all over
getting on for the WW.
