22 Hrs 1107 QSOs 2153 Pts 495 Mults 1 065 735 Final score

Gear: IC-765, Al-82 1 KW. Ants 80, the mighty 42 ft Col-Atch-Co Vertical; 40,
Cushy 2 el at 95 ft; 20, 4/4 100'/60'; 15, 5 at 60 ft; Dipole at 50 ft
80/40/20; short Beverage

Brief comments: Got to the cabin at 1 AM local Sat, into bed at 2. Up about
10 AM Sat, ate, fixed one of the 3 beverages that didn't survive the winter,
on the air about 1800 Z, missing the first 18 hours of the contest. Managed
22 of the next 30 hrs. Twenty was by far the best band, being constantly open
to Europe. At times it was open to Eu, Af, SA, NA and JA simultaneously. Made
985 of the QSOs on 20. My single band 20 score was 985 x 451 for 884 862.
Never checked 15 when it might be open to Eu. Missed the 1st night, 80 and 40
were horrendously noisy. The one working Beverage helped on 40 a lot, but not
much on 80. 394 US QSOs, 231 for no pts or mults (163 US mults). 507 EU QSOs
(46 %), 124 Asian (11 %), 448 NA (incl US, 40 %).

Lotsa fun
